This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed by Ace Auto Spa.


Cancellations
  • Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Service could not be delivered due to operational reasons.
  • Duplicate payment was made.
  • Service quality issues are reported immediately and verified.
Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Service has already been completed.
  • Dissatisfaction is reported after leaving the premises.
  • Damage is due to pre-existing vehicle condition.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Package & Subscription Plans
  • Unused services in prepaid packages may have a defined validity period.
  • Partial refunds for used packages are generally not applicable unless stated otherwise.
